Founded in 2002 by Erin Clatney, DISH is a reflection of her love for seasonal local food, the process of preparing it, and the artistic beauty of presentation. With fifteen years in the service industry, Erin's first hand experience is instrumental to running a successful catering company. Born into the family's restaurant business in Toronto, she developed at an early age a fascination with available food products and trends. In 2002 she combined her natural talents with her service and management experience to give birth to Dish Catering. Erin has brought together an outstanding team of event planners, servers, bartenders and sommeliers who are dedicated to creating inspired & stylish events. Dish Catering is a member of the Canadian Organic Growers Association, the Better Business Bureau and a strong supporter of local farmers. |
